The annexation of Crimea to Russia expanded the boundaries for domestic businessmen.

The declining positions of Ukrainian producers on the peninsula allow them to openly compete for their place in the sun. The economy is in a state of restructuring.

Now is the period when you can invest a small amount in a business and become a leader in a short period of time.

Earn your first money in just 6 months? - Yes, it's real.

Let's look together at specific ideas that will help you earn your first income by starting business in Crimea.

Why Crimea? Comprehensive investment policy.

Why should you choose Crimea as a business site?

First of all, because our state intends to invest 707 billion rubles in the development of the infrastructure of the peninsula by 2020. Crimea can become a gold mine for both aspiring entrepreneurs and investors.

Let's draw a logical chain that will help explain the benefits to the reader:

  • Investments have a positive impact on the development and recovery of the economy.
  • Increasing the level of the economy leads to stabilization of the income of citizens in Crimea.
  • An increase in the number of middle-income people will lead to an increase in financial circulation.
  • Where can people spend their money? For goods and services, i.e. derivatives business.

It is worth understanding that in entrepreneurship there are no bad or good business conditions. It all depends on your ability to benefit.

Let's be realistic: at the beginning of 2017, Crimea had not reached the previously established level of development, but there were still breakthroughs.

5 reasons why Crimea will be attractive for business in 2017:

  1. Little market competition.
  2. Local business support.
  3. High level of competition among potential employees.
  4. Relatively reasonable cost of real estate in Crimea.
  5. Business development prospects. A small investment can become a successful project in a couple of years.

Think about it, is it worth taking the risk and establishing in Crimea, taking into account such initial conditions?

If you gave a positive answer to this question, it’s time to move on to real ideas for making money in Crimea.

6 ideas for business in Crimea + 6 months to implement each

Idea No. 1: Drilling wells in Crimea.

What you need to know about Crimea? There are always problems with water there - that's a fact.

Despite all the authorities’ beliefs, not all residents of this region have access to clean drinking water or are unable to water their garden beds.

Create a water business in Crimea!

Drilling wells for domestic use is a relevant and profitable idea with a minimum implementation period.

The material part of the business consists of 70% drill. Its cost ranges from 150,000 to 300,000 rubles.

If you decide to take the matter seriously from the first orders, buy a drilling rig + transporter. The cost of such a kit for business is 750,000 – 800,000 rubles.

Where can I find clients for this business?

Clients can become owners of dachas, residential buildings in Crimea.

Water is simply irreplaceable in the household. It is used everywhere: from what flows from the tap in the kitchen, to watering early vegetables in the greenhouse.

    Farmers of Crimea.

Working with farms will provide you with a sufficient number of orders, but will require industrial equipment to implement your business idea.

How much can you earn in a well drilling business?

The cost of equipping one well starts from 15,000 rubles. “Clean”, you will have 5,000 rubles. When completing 1 order per day, the business payback is 4 months.

Profitable, isn't it?

Idea No. 2: Cycling tourism as a business in Crimea.

What do you associate Crimea with? – Sea, mountains, magnificent landscapes.

It won't be difficult to create an exciting cycling route. Emotions to clients - money to you.

How to organize a bike tour in practice and make a business out of it?

Work on the material part– rental or purchase of bicycles.

To start a business, 6-8 units will be enough, the cost of one is 12,000-14,000 rubles.

    We are planning a route.

With the help of an experienced guide, think over a route around Crimea, stopping and resting points.

We are recruiting a team of clients.

    Bike tour schedule.

Always be punctual and responsible - follow the agreed schedule and route direction.

Depending on the conditions and duration of the tour, prices vary greatly.

For example: a cycling tour in Crimea for a group of 7-9 people, with an overnight stay in a decent hostel, will cost 23,000 rubles for each client.

The payback period for such a business in Crimea is 2-3 months.

Idea #3: Winery.

The unique climate of Crimea creates excellent conditions for winemaking.

Every reader has seen wines from the Inkerman, Massandra, and Solnechnaya Dolina brands on the store counter.

Opening your own winery is a huge investment + a lot of competition. But we also must not forget about the possibility of exporting products from Crimea abroad, which increases the level of business profitability significantly.

In 6 months it is possible to build your own winery with an incomplete operating cycle.

What does it mean? You purchase goods from local grape suppliers in Crimea, and you yourself are directly involved in the development of unique recipes and wine production.

It is worth paying attention to local grape varieties:

Grape sortShort description
Chardonnay is used to make champagne wines.

Frost-resistant variety, small bunch size, medium-sized berries without a strong taste.

Tsimlyatsky black

The variety is distinguished by active shoot growth and dense berry skin.

The bunch is 15-18 cm, the berries have a fruity tint.

Sauvignon

Small clusters - 12-13 cm. Medium height bush, brown shoots.

The taste of the berries is specific, which gives the wine a special flavor.

Saperavi

Medium sized bunch, long stalk. Small berries with a waxy hue. The taste is viscous and refreshing.

The variety is mid-season, the yield is high.

The grapes are used to produce table wine, as well as Cahors.

Pinot Franc

The growth of the bush is moderate, standard clusters with a warty stalk.

The taste of the berries does not stand out in any way - sweet, tart with a light fruity aroma.

Productivity is average.

Wine production is a prestigious business. Crimea is an ideal place for a vineyard. Not taking advantage of such conditions is simply stupid.

quote italics The formula for success in Crimean style: the best grapes + the diligence of an entrepreneur = a quality product * high cost.

Idea No. 4: Business in Crimea: entertainment center.

In Crimea, there is a problem with quality recreation for young people. All business on the coast is aimed at the comfort of tourists. Entrepreneurs simply forgot about other regions of Crimea.

Opening a lounge bar is simply a great idea that will be appreciated by both visitors and local authorities.

How to open your own lounge bar in Crimea?

    We start with business registration.

The best business form for a lounge bar is an LLC.

Contact your local federal tax office to apply for registration. Within 5 working days you will be issued a certificate of registration and registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

    Room. Required area – 40-50 sq. m.

The rental price starts from 40,000 rubles per month + repairs.

  1. 5-7 staff will be able to ensure the smooth operation of the establishment.
  2. The next stage is the purchase of furniture + interior design details.
  3. Work organization. Marketing company.

It will take at least 6 months from the idea to the opening. The payback period for a lounge bar is 2-2.5 years.

Of course, we are talking about a profitable business (22-25%).

Idea No. 5: A wind power plant in Crimea is a great business.

Crimea is a very windy peninsula. This is caused by changes in altitude and exposure to continental winds.

Making money on air flows is very symbolic for modern business.

The price of an industrial-scale wind generator for 250 kW per month starts at 150,000 rubles.

It is worth paying special attention to government support for business. The production of clean energy is a prestigious business that receives investment from the state.

If the scale of your initial capital allows you to invest several million, an environmentally friendly business in Crimea is the best solution!

Idea No. 6: Business in Crimea - budget fast food cafes.

Why exactly ? Because the financial situation of the residents of Crimea does not allow them to eat in expensive establishments.

Let's think soberly: if you saw an expensive restaurant on television and think that it is among the top most profitable establishments in the city, this is not so.

80% of people leave their money in establishments that offer delicious food at low prices.

What to cook?

  • pizza,
  • hot dogs,
  • soups,
  • pancakes,
  • pasties,
  • French fries,
  • salads.

The emphasis is on simplicity and availability of ingredients.

An excellent marketing ploy is to set a maximum price threshold.

For example, if a standard portion of any menu item costs 100 rubles, this will attract a large number of customers. Combined lunches for office employees will help you find regular customers and reduce the assortment (and thus costs).

Remember the main rule of successful restaurants - a short menu.

Never mix incompatible recipes, monitor the quality of the supplied products. One poisoning can ruin your reputation forever.

Tell us in detail about all the possibilities of each

of the businesses presented above is simply impossible.

Let's dwell on winemaking in Crimea. Industry development and prospects in video:

Business in Crimea– this is work for the future. The peninsula is developing in small but confident steps. Properly invested funds will definitely bring dividends.

PS. The infrastructure of Crimea needs cash injections, the state provides all possible support for the development of material and social funds, but this is not enough.

Are you ready to work today for financial stability in the future?

The adaptation process is always painful: 7 Crimean business stories

Three years ago, Crimea became part of the Russian Federation. As a result, on the one hand, the business community operating there was faced with legal confusion and rising prices; on the other hand, taxation of small and medium-sized businesses turned out to be simpler and more transparent. About what it's like to be an entrepreneur in Russian Crimea - in the RBC material

“Under Ukraine, the motor market in Crimea was absolutely wild” - Vladimir Bezrukov, co-owner of Clayson Motors

My whole life is connected with motorcycles. Dad is a motorcyclist, he is 79, and he still rides around Moscow. I first rode a motorcycle at the age of 12, got my license at 16. I traveled half the world on a motorcycle - I was in South America, Australia, and traveled all over Europe. My first business is an English licensed magazine about motorcycles.

In 2015, together with partners Sergey Shevchenko and Ildar Sadykov, we decided to organize a rental business in Crimea. The season there is very long, the first clients arrive in the spring - already in March the roads are dry, everything begins to bloom. For off-road motorcycles, the season in Crimea does not close at all. In addition, half of my roots are from Crimea: my great-grandfather, a cabinetmaker, built the Livadia Palace, I have many relatives here.

Under Ukraine, the motor market in Crimea was absolutely wild: brought stolen Naturally, they didn’t register the motorcycles and rode them for years. Now this freestyle is over.

We chose premises for rental and service in the village of Stroganovka, on the Simferopol bypass road. At first they didn’t spend money on advertising - they wanted to debug all processes so as not to look incompetent in front of clients. We created a full-fledged service area, prepared rental equipment and motorcycles, as well as a store - counting on the demand not only for rental, but also for the sale of motorcycles. The launch cost us 13 million rubles.

We started working fully only in the spring of 2016. There were difficulties in attracting the first clients. Most did not know that there is a luxury motorcycle rental service in Crimea. Our main promotion resource was the website, social networks and local media, but we needed to do something more.

That’s when I decided to move from Moscow to Crimea. We began to provide assistance to local sports organizations in organizing motorcycle races. We became the only ones in Russia who organize test drives of motorcycles of the current year of production. And the first serious clients arrived.

Motorcycle rental costs from 2.5 thousand rubles. (Husqvarna 511) up to 11 thousand rubles. (Harley-Davidson) per day - this is 10–20% cheaper than in the States. Clients leave 35 thousand rubles as a security deposit, which we return immediately upon completion of the lease. It is impossible to work otherwise - there is a shortage of insurance companies in Crimea, and it is extremely difficult to conclude insurance contracts with them (even for compulsory motor liability insurance) for our motorcycles. In addition, our cars are mainly registered in Moscow.

Clients from Crimea are still surprised that we issue a work order for service services - they still carry out repairs “in garages”. Many saw for the first time official sale of a motorcycle - with documents, with registration.

Despite the wild market, there were no particular problems with starting the business. Perhaps because from the very beginning we have a full-time lawyer, he resolves all issues.

In the future, we plan to build our own premises; we have already bought land for it. There were and are difficulties with this issue: Crimea is in a transitional period, and some of the regulatory documents do not work well in practice. Is there help from the authorities? No, but also no one puts a spoke in the wheels, we are gradually developing.

“It has become more difficult to work in Russia” – Anna Abramova, founder of the travel company "Grand World"

The Grand Mir company has been operating since 2009. We send our clients to language schools, universities, and also on holidays abroad. We provide visa support and advice on obtaining international passports, air tickets, insurance and other travel-related issues.

Currently, most Crimeans have both Ukrainian and Russian documents. People travel abroad using both Russian and Ukrainian passports. There are no special problems. Of course, the current political situation in the world makes it difficult for us to obtain visas, but recently tensions have increased recession, and we have already learned to solve these issues.

The time of integration of Crimea into the legal and administrative systems of Russia was not easy. The general increase in prices for all goods and services has affected purchasing power. People have sharply reduced their travel expenses. To survive, we had to reduce our staff by 70% and merge with another travel company. We shared expenses and few clients.

Since 2015 the situation has become again stable. People started traveling, and we started offering new services. For example, they began to actively promote domestic tourism. Crimeans began to travel around Russia more, Russians began to come to Crimea more often.

Compared to Ukraine, work in Russia has become more difficult. This is primarily due to another taxation system, the need for more “paperwork”, bureaucratic obstacles. For example, in Ukraine there was no tax on transport or property. The number of reports has increased. Instead of one document, it is now required three. In Russia, fines are higher, so entrepreneurs strive to work according to the rules.

Another legislative field required considerable time to study. More tax systems other rules for submitting reports, new nuances of contractual relations with counterparties. The adaptation process is always painful. But every cloud has a silver lining. In connection with the emergence of new rules for doing business, we began training our entrepreneurs and organizing business events for business representatives.

With the completion of the construction of the bridge across the Kerch Strait, the life of Crimeans will become easier, and the life of the Crimean entrepreneur will become more complicated. “Mainland” business will come to us, which could strangle the local one. But grant support from the state appeared in the amount of up to 500 thousand rubles. to open a new business. I know people who received this money.

In general, it all depends on the individual. Those who want are looking for opportunities, those who don’t want are looking for reasons.

“The main gift from Russia for me was the patent taxation system” - Leonid Medvedik, production of handmade jewelry

Business in Crimea. How to open your own business in Crimea?

The Crimean Peninsula, which became part of Russia, opened up a wide field for activity for beginning and experienced entrepreneurs - an unoccupied tourism niche has appeared here, which, with the right approach, could bring a good income. In this article we will look at interestingand let’s look at what is profitable to do on the annexed peninsula, taking into account the fact that the season here lasts from the end of May to the end of September.

Souvenir products

Every visitor to Crimea will want to bring with them some memory of their visit to the peninsula, so souvenirs, especially themed ones, are very popular during the season. Visitors usually buy souvenirs not one at a time, but several at a time - for relatives, acquaintances, friends, etc. The problem is that the souvenir business is already developed on the coast, but with due diligence and the right approach, you can always squeeze out your competitors.

Souvenir products are always in price

The way it works is as follows: you study the available offers and prices, and then think about what you can add or make cheaper than what the market offers. The implementation scheme is simple: you either create your own point (network of points) and trade through them, or simply sell in bulk to specialized stores.

Let's look at what is especially popular and is bought by visitors:

  1. Magnets depicting local landmarks. Many people hang magnets on the refrigerator as a memory of their trips - almost 99% of tourists buy them.
  2. Key rings (including car keys). Keyrings are made of wood, plastic or metal.
  3. Pendants, earrings and pendants made of beautiful stones, shells and other decorative materials.
  4. Cups and plates with interesting inscriptions, patterns, pictures.
  5. Photos in beautiful frames or drawings. Usually the subject is local attractions.

Attention:Recently, crafts made from plaster have become popular. They are easy to prepare and the cost of crafts is cheap. By setting up production, you can make good money during the season.

For production you will need plaster in bags, silicone molds and video tutorials on YouTube. Watch a few to understand the process - there is nothing complicated about it. In a day, even in an apartment, you can make dozens of souvenirs, the price of which starts from 100 rubles.

Organization of storage rooms

Many vacationers face a serious problem on the beach when they want to go swimming - they simply have nowhere to put their personal belongings, and leaving their keys, phone and wallet under the towel is quite dangerous. Therefore, you have to take turns swimming or risk losing all your things in a matter of minutes. By offering people beach luggage storage, you can make good money and help people have a good rest - similar idea for business in Crimea very relevant.

The principle of operation is as follows: you rent 5 square meters of beach, install cells on them, like in supermarkets, and then offer services to vacationers. The number of cells should be selected according to the number of vacationers - you can start with 50, and then expand to the required number. For example, on popular beaches they install 400–500 cells (accordingly, you will need more space).

Classic luggage storage on the beach

You can run this business either independently (or, for example, with your family, so as not to hire outsiders), or by hiring an employee for the season. The cells must be protected from rain so that vacationers’ belongings do not get wet. To do this, you can build a metal canopy. You can take money either for an hour of storage or for a full day. For example, in 2017 in Crimea, an hour cost 25 rubles, a whole day - 200. If you installed 50 cells, and their occupancy rate is 50%, then you will receive 5 thousand rubles per day or 150 thousand per month, while expenses will be about 20 thousand for the purchase of cells, 10–20 thousand for rent and 25,000 for employee salaries. Over a 4-month season, you will earn at least 400,000 net rubles, and this is with only 50 cells.

Packaged fruits

Vacationers go to Crimea not only to be in the sun and swim in the sea, but also to eat delicious food. Traditionally, a large number of fruits and vegetables are grown in Crimea: apples, melons, peaches, watermelons, plums, cherries, corn, etc. If you want to create a seasonal small business in Crimea, then consider selling packaged fruits and drinks. So, at the market you can buy a bucket of peaches for 200–300 rubles, and then sell them individually on the beach - in the end, you will get 1000–1400 rubles for them, that is, 300–500 percent. The same scheme applies to drinks - you buy them in bulk at the base, cool them and offer them to everyone.

Sales schemes can be different - walking along the beach with bags and offering goods to vacationers, or renting five square meters of the beach and placing a tray, display case or refrigerator there.

Note:Vacationers prefer to buy goods from a storefront rather than from “wandering” merchants, so we still recommend choosing the second option by drawing up a rental agreement with the beach administration.

All you need is a refrigerated display case, a small fruit counter and an umbrella to protect you from direct sunlight. In total, you will spend 40–50 thousand rubles on this equipment; renting land and an outlet will cost another 20 thousand. The average markup on a product will be 100%; a day, a point installed in a good location sells up to 10 buckets of fruit and about 200 bottles of water, although, of course, this is all individual. On average, net income is 7–10 thousand rubles per day, about 200 thousand per month, minus existing expenses.

You can work according to the same scheme as with lockers - sell it yourself, purchasing goods in the morning at the market or base, but you will need an assistant, so you need to either organize a family business or hire an employee for 20–25 thousand.

Vending

Vending business refers to machines that carry out automated trading. This is one of the best options for business, since such a sale is easy to organize and does not require major investments to start, so if you are thinking about it,then pay attention to vending.

Attention:It is not necessary to purchase machines, you can rent them or sign an agreement with a supplier company that will install them and provide the goods, and you will do all the organizational work.

Vending always brings good profits

The advantages of such a business include:

  1. Ease of organization. All you need is a good place on a walkway, on the beach, etc.
  2. Easy to maintain. All you need to do is load the items into the machine and withdraw your money. Maintenance is usually carried out by the owner of the machine, so you just need to call a service person.
  3. High payback. A day, 5 vending machines with drinks and chips-cookies bring about 2–3 thousand rubles of net profit, that is, 60–90 thousand per month.

Another advantage is that there is practically no competition on the peninsula - most entrepreneurs trade through “wandering sellers”, which many disdain, preferring to purchase goods in stores or vending machines.

Note that the range of products that can be sold through vending is quite wide. With their help, they sell drinks (tea, coffee, water, milk, soda), various pies and pasties, snacks and chips, children's toys, sports nutrition, contraception and hygiene products.

Excursions

If you know the history of your city well, you can do conducting excursions. It is not necessary to talk only about the city and its attractions - there are quite a lot of interesting places in Crimea where you can take people. By organizing excursion tours, you can earn good money, and you won’t need any special investments. You can simply advertise on social networks and on thematic websites, and recruit groups by conducting excursions to memorable or beautiful places. If you have a minibus, then the possibilities will greatly expand - you can take people to beautiful places, showing them the nature of Crimea, its monuments and attractions.

The excursion business also includes tourism services. For example, you can organize cycling tours to the mountains or along the coast, walking tours for 2-3 days, etc. You can go further by renting a yacht or concluding an agreement with ships - you will gather a group, and then take it along the coast or just in sea, receiving a percentage for their services.

Another option for starting such a business is mediation between people renting out housing and tourists. Most residential properties do not have their own website and do not know how to advertise on the Internet, relying on the fact that visitors will read paper advertisements or simply notice the house while walking down the street. You should agree with the owner that he provides you with several rooms, and you find a client, receiving a small percentage for this.

To lead a full hotel business in Crimea, you need a fairly large start-up capital - land and houses there are expensive, and the season is too short. But if you are a local resident, you can easily build a house from prefabricated structures to accommodate several residents. Even 4 rooms will fully recoup the investment made in 4-5 seasons, and if you manage to build 10 rooms, then the business will be much more fun and faster. The main thing is to maintain cleanliness and order, treat your guests well and help them solve problems that arise. In addition, you can always expand the number of services and charge additional money for them - for example, preparing food, selling wine and cold drinks, preparing shish kebab or barbecue, organizing excursions, etc.

Each territory has its own specifics. The Republic of Crimea is a unique object for entrepreneurial activity; doing business here has its own characteristics and nuances. First, let’s look at how business in Crimea differs from business in any other place.

Features of local entrepreneurship

Thanks to the geographical location and the current political situation, it will not be difficult for enterprising businessmen to organize competent and profitable business.

The tax situation is at its best and facilitates the task of paying taxes and tax costs, all these measures were taken in connection with the risks and insufficiently stable situation at the territorial site, the possibility of imposition of sanctions and the difficult situation in general.

Based on possible risks, the state, in order to reduce possible losses of capital and attract entrepreneurial strength, tries to organize the maximum permissible conditions for doing business.

In addition to the state initiative, Crimea has a wide tourism sector and is considered a resort area, which contributes to the opening of a powerful additional business sector.

The development of resort areas through the organization of small businesses gives rise to a healthy spirit of competition, which entails economic growth throughout the Republic.

Characteristic features that have positive aspects:

Features that cause inconvenience to the entrepreneur:

The problems of entrepreneurs do not depend on the region, and in addition to regional implications, problems of federal significance impose their own inconveniences on local businesses, so Crimean businessmen should be especially prepared for risks and financial turmoil.

  1. Unsustainable policies and sanctions.
  2. Lack of clarity and wording of the SEZ, possible amendments and bills increasing the percentage tax rate and the list of restrictions on types of activities.
  3. Difficulties in promoting products to Russian markets from the territory of Crimea, this inconsistency makes it necessary to establish trade relations, which is not always easy, especially when taking into account the mutual interests of the parties.
  4. The lack of an effective strategy with minimal capital investment and risk reduction is a problem encountered by any entrepreneur, but it is especially acute in the unprepared but fertile soil of the Crimean market.
  5. Lack of clearly defined infrastructure also hinders private entrepreneurs.
  6. Low solvency of the local population.
  7. Low level of qualifications of hired workers.

TOP 9 Ideas for Crimea without investment

needs to be built on the provision of services.

Accordingly, in order for your services to be in demand, quality is necessary, which completely depends on the skills and abilities of the entrepreneur. No investment means lack of employees, separate premises for rent, and extensively informative advertising and other necessary steps to run a business with high profits, however, at the initial stage, you can do without capital at all.

Before you start running your own business without investment, make sure:

Idea No. 1.

Production and sale of homemade souvenirs from improvised materials;

Uniqueness lies only in your skill and ability, and there are always enough people who want to buy a souvenir as a keepsake.

Idea No. 2.

Organization of leisure and childcare, holding games and entertainment events;

Organizing leisure time for children and providing parents with some free time is also a very promising service. However, it is necessary to remember responsibility and be extremely focused on the safety of children.

Idea No. 3.

Storage boxes, sun loungers for rent;

Idea No. 4.

Massage and sunscreen services;

Idea No. 5.

Swimming instructor for adults and children.

Learning to swim and bringing back a useful skill from vacation will be a pleasure for many. For safety, it is enough to conduct classes in small groups and fence the area with buoys. For this type of activity you need to have the appropriate permit and bear a high degree of responsibility.

Idea No. 6.

Organization and conduct of excursions.

Unfortunately, the listed types of activities can only be carried out seasonally, this is the only disadvantage, however, these ideas are considered the most striking example of doing business without investment.

Ideas with minimal investment:

Idea No. 1.

Construction and carrying out repair and construction work, erection of fences, landscaping of sites.

Due to the low cost of real estate, many are interested in purchasing it. Not everyone can rebuild a house “on the seashore” or make repairs in an apartment on their own, so the help of a specialist never hurts. Only true professionals and virtuosos in construction will be able to successfully conduct business in this area; here it is already possible to conclude fairly large deals and make a good profit.

Idea No. 2.

Farming, running your own household.

Home-produced products are always in demand among local residents, and they can also be exported for sale to neighboring regions. Success will bring knowledge of the intricacies of farming, which imposes great responsibility. The climate of Crimea is completely conducive to farming.

Idea No. 3.
